How exactly did Adele Lose Weight?
Adele lost weight by sticking to one plan and showing consistency. She followed each and every instruction her trainer, Pete, gave her. Adele did a lot of exercises and followed a disciplined diet plan. Besides that, she also got involved in multiple sports. Here are the details:

She limited her meat consumption and started eating more vegetables and fruits. Adele also gave up drinking for months. Instead, she focused on drinking more water in a day to help her maintain her hydration level as she exercised.

Telling Vogue about her daily routine, Adele said, “So I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night.”
Adele Used Working Out to Fight Anxiety
Adele’s busy schedule was causing some health issues for her. She was struggling with anxiety. However, as she started exercising and working out, things changed and Adele started feeling much better. She now stopped worrying about her busy schedule.
