Life was not easy for Christine as she was one of the multiple wives of Kody. However, after things settled down and after the end of the show, Brown started taking care of her health.

Blood Type O: A high protein diet would be very helpful for this blood type. People with blood type O should eat lean meat, poultry, fish, beans, and vegetables. Consuming dairy and light on grain products would also be very healthy.
Blood Type A: According to Peter the immune system of blood type A people is very sensitive. They should follow a meat-free diet that mainly comprises fruits and vegetables.
Blood Type B: Eating green vegetables, eggs, and low-fat dairy would be very helpful for blood type B. Avoid corn, wheat, tomatoes, peanuts, and buckwheat as much as possible. Eating chicken may cause some problems. Therefore, not consuming chicken in excess would be better.
Blood Type AB: Blood type AB should avoid alcohol, caffeine, and smoking as they have low stomach acid. Eating seafood as well as green veggies would be very efficient.
