Ben is an American actor and filmmaker. He started his career by appearing on PBS’s The Voyage of the Mimi in 1984.
At the time, Affleck was 12 years old. Throughout his career, he has worked on many projects. Some of his famous movies are Argo, Pearl Harbor, The Way Back, and Superman v Batman.

“It took me a long time to fundamentally, deeply, without a hint of doubt, admit to myself that I am an alcoholic,” Ben said.
He now follows a twelve-step program, which has greatly helped Ben in fighting his addiction and in getting out of his mind.
To improve his health further, Ben decided to shed the pounds that he had gained during his addiction.
The only problem was his daily busy schedule.

How did Ben Lose Weight?

Well, as Affleck was stuck in his home just like everyone, he started maintaining a healthy diet.

He would start his day with egg whites, a bowl of oatmeal, and a glass of smoothie.

Affleck knew the importance of working out perfectly. Just like the diet plan, he had his workout plan drafted out as well. As the gyms were closed during the lockdown, Ben built his own gym at home.
He would run on the treadmill for half an hour in the morning. Ben also practiced cardio workouts but minimum “to not lose too much weight”.
His main focus was on walking, which proved to be a deciding factor in Ben’s weight loss. As mentioned before, Affleck also took help from the ancient practice of yoga.
