The three-time Grammy award winner has gained some attention recently. The musician, Mitch Grass, has been noticed to have undergone a significant change.

Grassi not solely depended on a diet plan he also engaged himself in some hard work. That included running for a walk in early in the morning.

He also joined a gym where he would do all kinds of workouts. Mitch’s daily routine in the gym included weight lifting, boxing, cycling, and more cardio workout.

He also engaged himself in sports. This all work has paid Mitch back. And he is now living a healthier life.
