SZA started changing her eating habits. “I’ve consistently been dressing in baggy clothes because I was heavy”. said SZA “I was 200 pounds, but that’s not really public knowledge. I was a lot bigger, so wearing baggy clothes [was] not so much as a ’90s thing, it was what was comfortable and what fit.“
Now SZA started working out daily and removing all the unhealthy stuff from her diet. She focused on her eating habits a lot and broke all the bad eating habits.

How did SZA lose weight?
SZA made changes in her lifestyle. Now she was trying to work out daily and eat healthy always if possible. She works out daily and eats healthy meals.
After continuously practicing these good habits she started seeing changes in her body. SZA started feeling better and more energetic than before.

She didn’t follow any specific diet plan. All she did was cut down unhealthy stuff from her diet which was making her heavy. “Really don’t know a name for it lmao no red meat (mostly fish ) no dairy no wheat no sugar.. high veggie ..complex carbs only (squash, avocado. sweet potato, etc) hella water dassii.” She shared on Twitter.
Workout Plan
SZA tried a lot of different exercises. But the one thing she always does is a lot of walking daily. She wants to be around nature when she does her workout. Because that also increases her energy level.
SZA knows working out is very important for her physical as well as her mental health. She also does meditation. “Sitting still and meditating is a component for me, but it’s not my key component.” said SZA “I need to be outside amongst trees, and among anything nature-based. I’ll drive really far to get there and I don’t mind.”
Before and After Weight Loss
After adopting good habits SZA lost a lot of weight. She worked very hard to lose extra weight and get into the perfect body shape.
Now, she has an attractive and healthy body. “When I lost weight I didn’t want to wear baggy clothes anymore”. said SZA “I worked really hard not to have to wear baggy clothes. And now I just feel like it’s how I’m generally comfortable. Instead of doing just what was available, I can wear what I want, and that’s a blessing.”
