But she knew that these two things couldn’t go along. Maneet knew that she either choose to start a weight loss journey or continue the way she is.

Maneet’s Diet Plan
Maneet knew that she had to continue the work she was doing which was eating food. However, one thing was in her control, limiting her calorie consumption. In her interview with Parade, Chauhan described her strategy as:
“I kept to 1200 calories a day, which would pretty much start with me logging my two glasses of wine and two pieces of chocolate” Maneet had this in mind that she would end up consuming a lot of calories while on the show so she limited her food consumption while being at the home. Whenever Chauhan would have lunch or dinner at home she would eat green salad.
She also limited the consumption of sugar. In this way, Chauhan succeeded in losing 40 pounds. While being a judge on a cooking show.
When she appeared in the new season of Chopped, she made her fans shocked. This time it was fit and healthy Maneet Chauhan with a slim figure.
Maneet Workout Plan
Chauhan didn’t just focus on controlling her calorie intake to lose weight; she also embraced an ancient Indian practice called Yoga. Alongside managing her diet, she incorporated Yoga into her routine, a practice that has been around for centuries.
Every morning, as the sun rose, Maneet would awaken and dedicate half an hour to practicing Yoga. Through these gentle exercises and mindful breathing, not only did she burn calories, but she also discovered a sense of inner peace and tranquility.
